De Cite Ori Spunem Da...

De cite ori spunem DA vreunui lucru. By Matthew Kelly, autor of The Dream Manager

Daca fac o decizie proasta in viata mea personala, nu numai ca schimba ceea ce sint in viata mea personala, dar schimba ceea ce sint in viata mea profesionala, cu grupul din care fac parte, in companie sau cu clientii. In acelasi fel deciziile profesionale pe care le iau vor avea un impact in ceea ce sint eu in viata mea persoonala... Noi am ridicat o bariera falsa intre viata noastra profesionala si viata noastra personala.

Every time we say YES to something! by Matthew Kelly, author of The Dream Manager

Today is election day. As a nation we will say YES or NO to many things today... and every time we say yes to something, it changes who we are. The life of a person and the life of a nation is one long line of choices. We are constantly making them, and in making them, we are making ourselves.

One of the main roles we have as managers and leaders is to make decisions... and to teach others to make decisions. If I make a bad decision in my personal life, it doesn't just change who I am in my personal life. It also changes who I am in my professional life - with my team, company, and clients. In the same way, the professional decisions I make impact who I am in my personal life. We have erected a false divide between our personal and professional lives. This division is a lie. Your everyday experience of both your professional and personal realms confirms this.

Today is election day. What we say yes to as a nation today will change who we are forever.
